Strawberry Lettuce Dressing

So, I've been a little hungry this week. For some really really good food! I went to the grocery store and searched and searched for something perfect. Something that I love... and came home with crab legs. Well crabs legs are wonderful and all, but you can't eat them all by themself 1. because they don't fill you up unless you eat 5 pounds and 2. they will make you sick if you eat 5 pounds.

The garden has a few yummy things coming out of it, so I decided to make a beautiful, colorful, tangy yet sweet salad dressing. It was perfect!

Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette

Put chopped strawberries in food processor. (Or mixer of choice) Mix until they are smooth and creamy. Add parsly, basil, dried oregano, dried thyme and garlic. Mix again for just a few seconds. Add oil and vinegar and mix until oil and vinegar are completely mixed together with the strawberry mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.

It's one of the featured recipes here!
