Chocolate Rum Cake

****Warning**** Not a kiddo friendly recipe, so if you have guests over for dinner, don't let them feed it to your kids :)......

I try to make this every year for Valetines Day, but since I decided not to cook on Valentines Day, I made it the day after. (Yes we still ate, just not home cooked food.)

This cake seriously warms you up as it goes down. It's so perfect for cold nights when you're craving something sweet. It's soooo easy too. But if you eat it all in one sitting..just forget the wine you were planning on drinking with it, you won't need it.

Chocolate Rum Cake
1 Devils food cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white rum (I've used both kinds and it still works out)

Glaze
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup rum (or less depending on your tastes)
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water

Mix pudding, cake mix, eggs, oil, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 cup rum on high speed for 2 minutes. (makes it kinda fluffy) Pour into bundt pan and cook at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Make rum glaze by melting butter, sugar, rum and water. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour over still warm cake.

Serve to salivating guests.
