Meet Brooke. She's my super star little girl model . I'm also somewhat partial to her because she's my son's girlfriend. (that's what she told her daddy the other day after a playdate with Park) They sing and dance and laugh and fall and laugh some more. They adore each other. And just a few month's ago, when Parker would stand next to Brooke, she would hold her leg up and karate chop him. Young love can be so fickle sometimes. She and Parker are 6 days apart. She belongs to my very good friend Shelly.
I've been photographing Brooke for almost two years now and have never once been able to get her to smile too very much. I struck gold today in the pasture of little sunflowers....she's my little miss sunshine. Ten minutes after we were done it was snowing.
This was the first picture I took. It was completely overexposed and the only way I could save it was to convert it to black and white. I still love it.
